In the basement, accessed via stairs from the living room, there is one spacious bedroom fitted with a very comfortable superking (but separable) bed, an open plan dressing area with space to hang your clothes, a generous shower room, storage facilities and a small safe for your travel documents and valuables. In addition to climate control and central heating the basement is fitted with a ventilation system throughout.
